When everything lives everywhere
It can feel like the whole week is in your head.
School reminders arrive in one app. Appointments sit on a calendar. Dinner ideas are in a text thread. The permission slip is on the counter. Somehow, one person is expected to remember how it all fits together.
You don’t need another elaborate system to maintain. You need one place to see the week—and a short routine for deciding what’s next.
The 3-zone weekly reset
Calendar. Home Tasks. Ready Next.
Start with what’s already scheduled. Choose a short list of home tasks. Then pick what needs to be ready next. That’s the whole rhythm.
Home Tasks
Choose a few household actions that matter this week. Leave the rest for another time.
Ready Next
Mark what needs a little prep so the next step is easier to spot when you need it.
